Prepare quotations and costings for customers.Process orders accurately and keep everything on track.Act as a main point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing updates.Work with internal teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.Keep customer and order information up to date on internal systems.Support with general admin, reporting, and order planning.Build strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.Follow up on quotes and help turn enquiries into orders.Help resolve any order or delivery issues quickly and professionally.
