Description
Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: GBP25,000
We are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join a manufacturing business in Cardiff. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
The role is responsible for ensuring customer orders and parts are accurately booked in and out, processed efficiently, and released on time with the correct documentation. You will work closely with Production and Quality teams to support new product introductions and engineering changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Book customer orders onto the job processing systemCarry out contract review and maintain order traceabilityInterpret customer and drawing requirements and communicate to production teamsLiaise with customers regarding order requirements and quality queriesPrepare and maintain routings, quality plans, data cards, and specification test regimes Key Requirements:
Experience in customer service or coordination within manufacturing/production preferredStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with customers and internal teams An excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
