Job title: Customer Service Agent

Salary: GBP24,000 p/a

Location: Nottingham (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH, Monday Friday)

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Agent

Answer incoming customer phone callsRespond to customer emails in a professional and timely mannerLog, update and manage tickets within the ticketing systemAdd updates to internal trackers and recordsHandle and respond to customer complaintsEscalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate teamProvide a high standard of customer service at all times Skills and Experience: Customer Service Agent

Strong customer service skillsGood administrative and organisational skillsConfident written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyComfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate records Working Pattern:
