Customer Service Advisors - Financial Services | multiple roles available

Based at South Gyle | Fully office-based roles with free parking

Full-Time roles | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm

Long-Term temporary contracts until at least end of May 2027 | strong potential to be extended & may become permanent

Pay rate of £13.50 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our major Financial Services clients based at South Gyle to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to work in their Front Office contact centre.

PLEASE NOTE - as these roles will be working within Financial Services candidates MUST be able to pass both a criminal record check (Disclosure Scotland) and a Credit Check.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

Acting as the first point of contact for both advisors & customers via both telephone calls and digital channels

Supporting with outbound customer contact where it's required

Delivering the best possible customer service at all times

Supporting customers with using digital options where required & explaining self-service options

Identifying opportunities for process improvements in the team

Logging of information accurately on internal systems

In order to be considered for these roles your skills and experience should include:

Previous experience working in a professional contact centre environment - preferably within Financial Services

Any candidates with the above experience including working with or exposure to ISA's, SIPP's & bonds would be advantageous, however this is not essential

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organisational skills xjnqpsq & attention to detail, with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively

Experience of working to targets, deadlines or SLA's
