Proven experience of providing excellent customer serviceNatural problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalPrevious Customer Service experience is essentialCan learn and apply technical conceptsGood working knowledge of CRMs Within this position, you ll also be:

Dealing with a range of engineer enquiries via telephone and emailEnsuing a high-quality service is always a key focus, providing 1st time resolutionUnderstanding customers situation and being able to deal with the situation effectively and in a timely mannerEnsuring that all queries are answered within a set time frame and KPIs and SLAs are adhered to and met Additional Information:
