Are you a friendly, professional problem-solver who enjoys helping people? We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and deliver outstanding support to our customers across phone, email, and live chat.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chatResolving queries related to accounts, billing, orders, and service issuesProviding clear, accurate information in a friendly and professional mannerTroubleshooting basic service or technical issues and escalating when neededUpdating customer records accurately using CRM systemsFollowing company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelinesIdentifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retentionWorking closely with other teams to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyWhat We're Looking For
Previous customer service or customer-facing experienceExcellent communication and listening skillsA calm, empathetic approach when handling queries or complaintsStrong problem-solving and organisational abilitiesComfortable using IT systems and multiple screensDesirable but not essential:
