Overview

Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator & Technical Support to join a supportive and friendly customer service team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who has technical experience or is keen to learn, as technical support forms a key part of the position.

You will provide excellent customer service to corporate (B2B) clients while handling associated administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Providing phone and email support to corporate clientsHandling mobile and fixed-line service enquiriesLiaising with suppliers and network providers to resolve technical issuesProcessing new business requestsSupporting internal sales and service teamsUpdating systems and databases accuratelyProducing client reports using Excel (training provided)General office administration Skills & Experience

Strong communication skills and professional telephone mannerWell organised with excellent attention to detailTechnical experience or willingness to learnProactive, reliable, and able to take ownershipComfortable working independently and as part of a team
