Are you experienced in providing great customer service? Would you like to work for a growing company, where progression is key? If the answer is YES this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, to join our growing client in Melksham. Working as part of the internal and national team you will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone and by email.

Main Duties

Log support ticketsOrdering partsArrange site visits for engineers to attendAssign engineers to ticketsArrange delivery of parts to customer sitesFollow up on support Tickets to ensure they are completed and closedSkills and Experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood IT skillsAbility to work as part of a teamSimilar previous experience is desirableHours: Monday to Friday on a 3 week shift pattern:

08:00 am - 4:30 pm

09:00 am - 5:30 pm

10.00 am - 6.30 pm
