Customer Retention Advisor - Insurance

Description

As an Insurance Renewals Advisor, you ll handle inbound calls, support online sales, retain customers considering cancellation and identify opportunities to maximise renewals. You ll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring every interaction meets FCA regulatory and compliance standards.

What s on Offer?

Salary: GBP25,700 salary, 24 days annual leave plus your birthday off, Pension, two charity volunteering days, group life assurance and a healthcare cash plan.

Location: 100% work from home / Remote

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, between 8am and 6pm on a rotating shift pattern, with some rota-based weekend work.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to start on the 23rd November so that you can be part of a 4-week onboarding / training program.

What We re Looking For

Previous call centre experience is essential. Experience in sales, customer retention, insurance renewals or a target-driven customer service environment is highly desirable. You ll be a confident communicator, resilient, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
