What will you be doing as a Customer Coordinator?

Responding promptly to client email enquiries and telephone callsManaging and processing client requestsCoordinating on-site and remote services, including deliveries, training, and coachingPreparing quotations and handling customer payments efficientlyLiaising with internal teams such as Business Development, Warehouse, Procurement, Training, and CoachingMaintaining accurate data entry and records across internal systemsMonitoring KPI's and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed time-framesFollowing up on outstanding cases to ensure clients remain supported throughout their journey

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email mannerStrong organisational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasksAbility to take initiative, problem-solve, and follow up independentlyEmpathy and understanding when working with diverse clientsProficiency with email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online administrative platformsExperience coordinating services or managing logistics for training, coaching, or equipment delivery
