We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star housebuilder for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy and successful Customer Care team based in Manchester.

The Role

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring any issues are handled professionally and efficiently throughout the customer journey. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments, you will coordinate and manage customer enquiries, defects, and warranty issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email.Logging and coordinating remedial works using internal systems.Liaising with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.Monitoring and updating customers throughout the process.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service levels are achieved.Supporting the wider Customer Care team with administrative duties.About You

Previous experience in a Customer Care Coordinator role, ideally within new build housing.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong administration and IT skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.Experience using CRM or defect management systems would be advantageous.What's on Offer?
