Managing customer queries received by phone or email and responding promptly in line with service level agreements.Allocating work to subcontractors and following up to ensure timely completionMonitoring outstanding remedial tasks and driving completion within a 28-day period wherever possibleProviding empathetic, professional support to customers throughout their journeyBuilding strong working relationships with internal teams and external partnersMaintaining accurate records and ensuring systems are updated at all timesSupporting the achievement of customer service KPIsAdhering to all health and safety requirementsWhat you'll need to succeed

Experience within the residential housing or construction sectorCustomer service experience preferredFacilities coordination experience preferred Understanding of building regulations and legal obligationsStrong written English skillsWhat you'll get in return
