What will you be doing as Customer Account Coordinator?

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you'll be helping customers with their day-to-day requirements while developing strong, long-term relationships. It's a varied, fast-moving role where building genuine customer relationships is just as important as getting the job done.

Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with existing and lapsed customers and developing strong relationshipsHandling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to customersPreparing quotes and advising customers on product suitability and availabilityLiaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas to obtain pricing and product informationWorking with customers and internal departments to resolve any issuesKeeping customer websites updated with the latest product range

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a Customer Account Coordinator, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management or a similar roleOffice-based experience and a confident, friendly telephone mannerGood working knowledge of Word, Excel and emailA proactive approach and the confidence to take ownershipThe ability to build rapport and develop positive customer relationships

The Essentials

Salary: 27,000, rising to 28,000 after 6 months

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm (1-hour lunch)
