Up to £10,661 for 15 hpw

Part Time (15 hours per week)

12 month Fixed Term Contract until 19/03/2027

Our Customer 1st team are our customer’s first point of call for all of their enquiries. The team manage all inbound calls and provide a reception service at our offices in Castle Vale. They also undertake a wide range of administrative duties and outbound survey work.

In this role you are responsible for delivering 'first point of contact' resolutions to a wide range of customer queries. You will work across service areas providing front of house reception and back office support. You will be part of a flexible and customer focused team, working to provide great homes and excellent services.

Our successful Customer 1st Advisor will have:

* A passion for customer service excellence

* Ability to deal with customers through face to face contact, telephone and written communication.

* Experience of Office Administration

* Ability to work flexibly to meet demands of the service

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Openness to change

* Willingness to learn and be proactive

* Experience of working in a housing environment would be an advantage
