Full training and continuous coaching and development is provided, the basic salary is 34,376 per annum with fantastic business benefits. This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer services and is comfortable dealing with vulnerable customers where empathy and listening skills are key.

Answering inbound calls to support and help customersProvide exceptional customer service to often vulnerable customersBuild relationships with our customers through non scripted calls with the focus being on personal connections and fact findingAdopt a continuous improvement culture supporting with new ideas on how we can improve our employee and customer experienceManage queries through the phone and email responding in a professional, timely and informative mannerKey Skills and Experience of a Sales Executive:
