Customer Service Advisor

£13.30 per hour | Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm | 3 month temporary contract initially

We're working with an established business in Redhill, that is expanding it's team and looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.

The Role

Manage customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat

Provide clear, professional support and resolve issues promptly

Keep customer records accurate and up to date

Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experienceAbout You

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities

Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced setting

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
