Collections Advisers – experienced only

I’m recruiting Collections Advisers to work on behalf of local authorities, collecting unpaid parking fines and council tax.

This role is not entry-level.

If you don’t have proven collections or debt recovery experience, this one won’t be the right fit.

Remote / hybrid options depending on location

Package:

Basic salary £22,222

*

Uncapped commission

*

Realistic OTE £35k+ (top performers earn more)

The role:

*

Inbound and outbound collections calls

*

Negotiating sustainable repayment plans

*

Handling council tax and PCN arrears

*

Confidently managing difficult and sensitive conversations

*

Working compliantly with vulnerable customers

*

Hitting targets in a performance-driven environment

You must have:

*

Recent, hands-on collections / debt recovery experience

*

Confidence handling arrears, enforcement, or regulated collections

*

Strong negotiation skills and resilience

*

A target-driven mindset with a track record of results
