Client Service Specialist - Healthcare
We are working with a leading international employee benefits consultancy, with offices across the UK and worldwide, to support their search for a Client Service Specialist to join their healthcare administration team.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for client queries.
Provide full support to consultants with the administration of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) schemes.
Liaise with insurers to obtain quotes and reports for consultants to present to clients.
Essential Skills & Attributes: A proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Willingness to learn - full training will be provided, and the team has a strong track record of successfully developing people into the role.
