Overview
A well-established and forward-thinking Chartered Accountancy firm in East Grinstead is looking for a new Client Manager to join their growing team. Known locally for their personable approach, longstanding client relationships and supportive working environment - this firm provides a great mix of stability, variety and progression.
This is a Hybrid role, Full Time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week with 4 days Work from Home.
Salary is up to GBP60,000 depending on experience/qualifications.
You must have strong prior UK practice Experience.
Duties
Managing your own portfolio of SME and OMB clientsPreparing and reviewing year-end accounts and tax returnsOverseeing VAT returns, bookkeeping and management accounts where requiredProviding practical business and tax advice to clientsConfident identifying and solving tax issuesSupporting and reviewing the work of junior team membersActing as a key point of contact for client queries and advice
What we're looking for
A successful candidate for this role will have a strong background in UK accountancy practice and live within a reasonable commuting distance. You'll likely be ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified with solid experience) and comfortable managing your own workflow and portfolio.
