Responsibilities:

Manage your own portfolio of business and personal clientsOversee preparation and review of accounts, tax computations, and self-assessment returnsControl engagements to meet client requirements, deadlines, and budgetsAttend client meetings and build trusted relationshipsMonitor and manage team performance and workloadIdentify opportunities for additional client work and improvementsReport to the Partner and ensure high professional standards are maintainedThe likely candidate:

Qualified or part-qualified accountant with proven client portfolio experienceStrong knowledge of accountancy and tax principlesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable managing and developing junior staffProactive, organised, and commercially awareConfident in managing workloads, deadlines, and client expectationsWhat's on Offer
