Description

Must have’s
* Aged 18 or over
* Strong customer service skills
* Confidence handling cash and completing end-of-day cashing up
* Ability to attend mandatory training sessions
* Enthusiastic and professional approach
Nice to have’s
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
* Comfort interacting with customers in busy public settings
So, what will you be doing?
* Taking bets from customers using betting tablets (full training provided)
* Working at fixed betting points or engaging directly with customers in hospitality areas
* Paying out winnings to customers with valid tickets
* Delivering excellent customer service to racegoers
* Explaining different bet types to customers when required
* Handling cash accurately throughout the day and cashing up at the end of each race day
Helpful extras
* Mandatory training dates must be attended:
* 11th February 2026 or 12th February 2026
* Event dates:
* 10th March – 13th March
