Automotive Service Advisor

The role offers genuine work–life balance with Monday to Friday hours only, the option to work part time or full time, and a competitive package that can reach £34,000 with bonus.

Every day brings something different — from handling workshop bookings to coordinating mobile work and responding to breakdowns — making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys keeping busy in a supportive, friendly environment.

Responsibilities

* Manage and book workshop jobs

* Schedule mobile work and coordinate technicians

* Handle incoming breakdown calls

* Assign and track parts for each job

* Support daily operations and maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role (LCV or HGV experience an advantage)

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Confident using IT systems and multitasking effectively

* Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Salary and Benefits

* Salary: Up to £30,000 basic (full time hours)

* Bonus: Around £4,000 achievable annually

* Hours: Flexible – full or part time, Monday to Friday only
