Support the full-time Service Advisor with customer service and administrative duties Prepare vehicle job cards and ensure accurate documentation of repairs and services Answer customer calls and record their requirements efficiently Assist with job card administration, vehicle preparation, and appointment scheduling Contribute to administrative tasks such as warranty claims and upselling where appropriate Deliver excellent communication and customer service to dealership clients Support the team with general administrative activities to ensure smooth workshop operations Requirements of the Assistant Service Advisor:
