mesoestetic UK are a pharmaceutical skincare company at the forefront of the aesthetics industry worldwide. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join our valued team at our new HQ in Knutsford, Cheshire.

The role of Aesthetic Customer Service Advisor with us requires you to have Beauty NVQ Level 3 Electrical route (or equivalent) in your background.

We aim to provide an amazing experience of service to our customers and we want a team who are keen to make the most of their job and have a high level of energy to give.

Duties include :

Answering the telephone

Providing advice and customer care via email or telephone which will require a high level of literacy and communication skills

Using online CRM and inventory systems to process orders whilst offering product advice and suggestions

Using Microsoft suite of software daily

Attending virtual Teams / Zoom meetings

Liaising with customers, colleagues, and courier companies

Maintaining and championing product and treatment knowledge

Attending virtual and physical training

Responsibility for ensuring standards are maintained and improved upon

Following procedures and pro-actively searching for improving processes where necessary

Actively taking interest in the growth of the company

Contributing with ideas and innovations

Welcoming guests to the building, organising lunches and goodie bags

General office duties.

mesoestetic is a high end company, growing fast and this is a busy and lively role - many opportunities for a person prepared to take responsibilities and grow with us.

This is full time, office based role in Knutsford.

The role is fixed term to cover maternity leave for 9 months. Although not guaranteed there is scope for the position to become permanent.

Pay: GBP25,000.00 per year
