Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary: dependant on experience (basic + bonus)

OA are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and a real people person. You will be responsible for looking after a handful of clients and all of their temporary workforce.

Recruitment background is desirable but not essentialExperience in Account Manager position or Customer facing roleWillingness to learn is keyStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approachHigh attention to detail and accuracyConfident in speaking and meeting new people You must also hold a UK Driving Licence and have your own car as there will be paid, local travel to clients.
