Kerriscleaning made a very good job cleaning my cooker. I was given the cooker by an elderly relative and I don't think it had been cleaned in years. So thanks Kerri on a job well done 👏

I hate leaving bad reviews but we’re so unhappy with the level of service and the response from Kerri that I feel like I have to. Kerri turned up 50 minutes late for our end of tenancy clean which meant we were waiting around in an empty house, and we were then late for an event that we had booked in advance. She phoned me 4 and a half hours later to tell me that she’d finished and wanted to leave to “beat the traffic”. When we arrived back at the property we were really shocked to see that there were still clumps of dog hairs on the carpets, one of the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned at all, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings. We had no cleaning supplies to fix this ourselves so we had to leave it as it was. We are now facing additional cleaning charges from our landlord and it has soured our relationship with them. I reached out to Kerri very politely with photos and asked for a partial refund and she became very hostile and said she doesn’t give refunds. I think £280 for four and a half hours of work is very steep and for this price for an end of tenancy deep clean (she told me I’d want to eat off of the floors when she was finished when I got the quote) I would’ve expected a lot better. I would avoid Kerri at all costs as I didn’t find her very professional, transparent, or sympathetic, and she didn’t do a very good job. She also failed to send the invoice to even demonstrate what she’d done.

It was my first time using any kind of cleaning service so I maybe should have asked a few more questions around what was included. Kerri was very friendly and worked hard on my oven and it was miles better after she left. She also cleaned the sink where she was working on the shelves. I did need to wipe down a cupboard from splashes and had to clean the floor as it was left sticky. I was happy to do these but it would be nice just to say I would need to take care of this myself. She did also leave the trays which were part of the oven so I did these myself. Also the oven seal was left hanging so I need to work out how to get this back in. I was really pleased she was open to price matching a quote I had got and would ask her to do other jobs if I need them but just be clear about what is covered and what is not. Thank you for all your work on this.

Kerri & Jack helped me with an end of tenancy cleaning but became more where they both helped me get rid of allot of stuff that I had accumulated other the years. There was no judgement and the flat is now gleaming and looking like it did when I first moved in. I would highly recommend Kerriscleaning they really not only made my flat look like new but also helped my mental health because I have suffered from depression probably most of my life and felt ashamed to have people round. While this was an end of tenancy cleaning and this will not be the case now I now feel lighter than I have felt in a long time.
