Part Hornsea Pottery Contrast Demitasse Coffee Cups, Saucers and coffee pot from the 1970s. Overall condition good. Hornsea Pottery's "Contrast" (1974–1992) range was a highly successful, award-winning 1970s British tableware designed by Martin Hunt (of Queensberry Hunt). It featured a distinctive, durable "Vitramic" dark chocolate brown body with a glossy black band and white interior. Produced in Lancaster, it won a Design Council Award in 1975.
