Description
This REEBOK EDGE Cross Trainer is in working order, although out of warranty and no longer supported by Reebok. Manufactured in OCT 2009. Power adaptor and guide included that contains Programme Introduction and Operation Instructions,
Pre-set programmes 2-6 including Rolling Valley, Fat Burn, Ramp and Mountain.
SCAN: During the exercise stage the computer will automatically scan the function of speed, time, distance, RPM, calories and pulse every 6 seconds. Speed can be displayed in KM or MILE per hour. Resistance can be adjusted with up/down keys.
*Low Impact workout - less stress on joints compared to high impact activities like running/jogging.
*Elliptical mimics the natural motion of walking or running without the harsh impact.
*Suitable for individuals with joint issues or those recovering from injury.
