I took my time researching before choosing these guys and I’m so glad I did. They were incredible helping my parents move out of their five bedroom house into a bungalow. They really took care with everything and paid attention to the little details. The communication was great, they were on time, friendly and worked incredibly hard. The price was exactly what they said it would be too, with no hidden charges or nasty surprises. Moving is honestly the last thing I want to do, but if I ever had to do it again I’d book these guys in a heartbeat. Genuine, fair and hardworking people who clearly care about what they do. I’d 100% recommend them.

Really impressed with the service from Strattons Move Group. The whole experience was smooth, professional and far easier than we expected. Sam was particularly helpful throughout and was always on hand to answer questions, provide updates and make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the communication was excellent from beginning to end. It’s rare to come across a company that genuinely puts its customers first, but that was definitely our experience here. We would absolutely use Strattons Move Group again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

When we recently moved house, our completion date wasn't confirmed until the day before it happened which left us trying to find a removal company at short notice. A relative found Strattons and thank god they did. Sam and Alex were fantastic. They were flexible with our timings, kept in close contact while preparing for the job and offered us a very reasonable quote. We were so thankful they took on the job and we couldn't have wished for better guys to do it. They arrived fully prepared with all kit needed to transport our belongings safely. They didn't rush us as we were still packing on the day, but when we were ready, they got the job done quickly and carefully. They took care with our things, while also making sure we were packed up and onto our new house in good time. These guys are hardworking, kind and considerate, which is rare these days. I would 100% recommend them and I would give them 6 stars if I could. A huge THANK YOU to Sam and Alex!

Great experience from start to finish. The team were polite and swift they did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was left tidy. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
