After signing up to Bark at a very challenging point in my life. My husband and I were paired with Vincent. Vincent was friendly, reassuring but incredibly professional from the off! He put me at total ease and allowed me to talk quite openly about experiences within our marriage that had caused our marriage to breakdown. Whilst I have still chosen to walk away from my marriage Vincent has been incredibly helpful and supportive in every decision I've made and has never pressured me to make a choice. I've felt incredibly listened to for the first time in years and Vincent has allowed me to be in a much more positive headspace now and for that I will be forever grateful! Having recently completed a couples counselling course I feel that I must spread the good news! I must be impressed as I, generally, don’t write reviews. As stated I worked with Vincent on a couples course. It was fantastic. Actually, that isn’t true, it was life changing. The skill, experience, insight and empathy that this man has is humbling. (I’m difficult and hard to humble (ask Vincent!). The course is very effective and is tailored perfectly. I went into the course, open minded, but concerned that it would be like all of the others that we have tried. It was so different, so good. We also worked on ourselves, I have some major problems from my past. Problems which I have sort help for many times. Problems which have sadly impacted my relationships. I do not say this lightly, the work that I’ve completed with Vincent has set me free. My progress since has been exponential. I cannot recommend Vincent enough. He is a great man. Thank you Vincent, thank you so much.

Vincent's counselling has been an incredibly eye-opening and transformative experience for me. Before working with him, I was confused and struggling with the emotional aftermath of two recent relationships that had not worked out. Through our sessions, I gained a clear understanding of anxious attachment, how it has influenced my behaviour, and how I can now manage it with practical tools and strategies. Vincent helped me process past pain and guided me toward a much deeper awareness of the dating process, male and female dynamics, and the kind of partner I truly want. I now realise that many of my previous choices were not in alignment with my values or long-term goals. His insights around compatibility, self-esteem, healthy masculinity, and healthy ego have been especially powerful and will shape how I show up in future relationships. I came away from our time together with greater clarity, confidence, and a fresh perspective on what to look for in a partner and how to lead a relationship more effectively.
