• 60-Minute Session: A completely confidential conversation (via Phone or text (which ever you are more comfortable with) for the text message option I will reply to you via text messages for the full hour to vent and explain your situation.
• Honest, Direct Feedback: I will tell you exactly what I see, why things might be breaking down, and actionable steps to implement.

Custom Summary Report: After our chat, I will type up a personalised report summarising my advice and your next steps, sent straight to your inbox. £10 extra
Pricing:
• £30 per session (Includes the 1-hour call or text message hour)
• Payment is required via PayPal or Bank Transfer to secure your booking slot.
