Private chef service provided in private homes, holiday accommodation and for private events. I can also provide online cookery tuition from a cookery school setting. I have a wide culinary repertoire having worked around the world, I have a passion for seafood and authenticity of recipes for cuisines such as Thai, Mexican, Spanish, Middle Eastern cookery, vegetarian and vegan.

Derren was a delight to work with throughout the planning of our special event and on the night he delivered magnificent food that was enjoyed by all. Derren took my brief and brought it to life, he recommend wines to accompany all the dishes and was ultra reliable, always keeping his promises. I would recommend Derren to anyone and will happily ask him to be our Chef in the future.

Derren was a delight to work with from start to finish. Communication with Derren with easy, he listened to my requests and created a brilliant menu for a group of 15 for a hen party. Derren cooked up a storm which everyone loved. Produce was fresh and very tasty. I wouldn’t hesitate having Derren cook for me again! Thank you Derren!

Derren was an absolute delight – so friendly, happy to help and the food was DELICIOUS! Cooking a Mexican feast for 16 is no mean feat! We all thoroughly enjoyed his company and the dinner, and will be looking him up if we are ever in the area again.

Derren did an amazing job. He gave up a three course menu based on the diners preferences which was an absolutely amazing fine dining experience. He even suggest some wines to pair. Will get him back!

I was organising hen do for my friend, and we’ve booked private chef through different company. 10 days before the party, chef has cancelled on us. I did the research and I have approached Deeren as I liked his bio and also I’ve based my decision on his good reviews. This was the best decision ever! From the start, the communication was fantastic throughout. Derren has suggested and created different menu which looked great. I can’t express enough how much we actually enjoyed the food ! We are all working in hospitality, and dealing with high standard of food on a daily basis. I can easily say It was one of the best meals I’ve had! I can’t thank you enough for making our friend’s celebration extra special! I will highly recommend Derren, and definitely will be using his services again!
