Job Title: Workplace Coordinator
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Workplace Coordinator to join the team located in Cardiff.
Role Summary:
Ownership of office floors and the surrounding areas to ensure the best workplace experience is met each dayGreets employees and announces clients, applicants, and visitors. Conducts guest registration through landlord software. Arranges escorts as needed. Issues visitor passes and parkingMaintains neat appearance reception area, conference rooms caf and other common areas. Requests building and housekeeping services as needed. Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition. Arranges equipment service as needed.Assists Regional Workspace Manager with general administrative. Handles business support including all mail services, event management, desk booking, locker management, etc. Requests building and/or equipment services as needed. Logs and tracks engineering jobs.Collaborate with IT providing first line support for users and room tech, managing escalations. Supporting and overseeing, Maintenance, Cleaning.Full JD can be provided upon application.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 1 – 2 years related experience (e.g. Front Desk, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service roles) is preferred.Advanced communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.Experience in facilities management and/or dealing with suppliers/contractors beneficial.Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
