Description
Working Foreman required in Malvern, Worcestershire.
What is required for the position?:
Tickets: SSSTS / SMSTS and 1st aid
PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots
Experience: Must have 3 years' experience working as a Working Foreman on other construction projects
References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references
Job duties: Theatre refurb - 150k job - toilet refurb IPS panels managing labour - 25 cubicles to go in
Your role as a Working Foreman will be assisting the Project Manager on the project, ensuring the program is kept to and the quality of work is maintained. You will be liaising with the other sub contractors on site and working on the tools as and when required. You will manage Labour on site and coordinate deliveries The works will vary across different school summer holiday projects, toilet refurbishments, extensions, classroom and general school refurbishments
Pay:
Weekly pay on a Friday
26 Per Hour
Other information:
Hours of work: 7:30am to 4:30pm
