Location: Manchester / Yorkshire (with travel to sites across the region)

Salary: From GBP20.00 an hour

Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, supporting site operations and ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities while remaining hands-on where required.

Heritage and listed building restorationStructural alterationsSteelwork installationsDemolition worksBuilding refurbishment and restoration Key Responsibilities

Managing operatives and subcontractors on siteEnsuring health & safety standards are maintained at all timesConducting site inspections and signing off completed worksCoordinating labour, materials, and resourcesAssisting with site documentation and reportingSupporting the management of project variationsMaintaining programme targets and quality standardsLiaising with site teams, clients, and management Requirements

Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similarExperience within restoration, refurbishment, structural alteration, demolition, or construction projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to travel across Yorkshire, Leeds, Manchester, and surrounding areasSMSTS or SSSTS certificationFirst Aid qualificationPASMA qualificationFull UK driving licence What's on Offer?
