Working Foreman (Nightshift)

Description

CNX Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Site Foreman to join an ongoing fit out project based in Northampton.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a foreman who is confident leading trades on site while also working alongside the team to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day site operations Managing subcontractors and site trades Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained Coordinating works and maintaining project schedules Carrying out hands-on duties where required Reporting progress to senior management Requirements:

Previous experience as a Working Foreman on fit out projects Joinery background Strong leadership and communication skills Valid SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS Card First Aid qualification preferred Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities effectively What s on Offer:
