About the Role:

As a Factory Trainer, you'll play a key role in supporting the development of our manufacturing teams. Working closely with production managers and team leaders, you'll deliver hands on training, coach employees and help maintain the high standards of quality, safety and efficiency that we're known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

Training and supporting new employees as they settle into their rolesDelivering practical, hands on training across multiple areas of the factorySharing best practice and ensuring safe, efficient working methods are followedUpskilling existing team members to improve flexibility across departmentsMonitoring employee progress and providing coaching, guidance and constructive feedbackSupporting managers in identifying training needs and development opportunitiesPromoting a positive learning culture that encourages continuous improvementEnsuring training records are kept accurate and up to dateHelping maintain excellent standards of quality, health and safety, and productivity
What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people and can confidently pass on their knowledge in a practical manufacturing environment.

You'll ideally have:

Previous training or development role in a manufacturing settingExperience working in window & door fabricationStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products and quality standardsA patient, approachable and supportive attitudeThe ability to demonstrate tasks clearly and effectivelyA proactive approach with a passion for helping others succeed
