Junior Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)

Location: Leigh–on–Sea

Salary: GBP20,000 GBP25,000 basic + OTE GBP30,000 GBP35,000

The Package

GBP20,000 GBP25,000 basic (DOE)

GBP30,000 GBP35,000 OTE (uncapped)

2.5% commission on completed valuations

GBP50 per mortgage sign–up (rising to GBP75 after 5 completions)

GBP25 per solicitor referral

Full training with clear progression routes

Working Hours

Mon Fri: 8:45am 6:00pm

Sat: 9:00am 5:00pm (with one day off in the week)

1 in every 7 Sundays (10:00am 4:00pm)

What You ll Be Doing

Registering applicants and matching them with properties

Carrying out viewings and confidently presenting homes

Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

Providing feedback and updates to clients

Supporting sales from offer through to completion

Referring mortgages, solicitors, and related services

What We re Looking For

Bright, confident, and presentable with excellent communication skills

Driven, proactive, and target–focused with a passion for sales

A self–starter who thrives in a fast–paced environment

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
