Customer Experience Team Member

Salary: 28,000

Location: Manchester City Centre

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm

Full–time, permanent position

Role Overview:

Our client is a leading commercial real estate services company offering a full range of services to occupiers, developers, and investors. The Customer Experience Team Member plays a key role in delivering memorable experiences to clients, occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders. Acting as an ambassador for both the building and the Beyond: Front of House brand, the Customer Experience Team Member ensures personalised service and a high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming

Support general front–of–house activities

Contribute to improving service delivery

Assist with internal and external engagement efforts

Follow established procedures and protocols

Maintain positive working relationships

Address concerns and escalate when needed

Comply with workplace safety guidelines

Respond to queries and provide follow–up support

Maintain records and update systems as required

Support onboarding and training activities

Adhere to appearance and conduct standards

Report issues and coordinate with relevant teams

Provide general assistance with guest services

Manage access tools in line with site procedures

Required Skills and Experience:

Expertise & Professional Development

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, aviation, concierge, retail)

Excellent customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
