Description
We are now recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer in Manchester.
This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6–8 weeks, on a full–time basis, working 40 hours a week.
We are offering hourly rates between 15 and 17 an hour.
Your new role
Act as the first point of contact for tenants throughout the projectProvide clear updates on work schedules, access requirements, and progressHandle queries and complaints with professionalism and empathyLiaise with site managers and contractors to coordinate resident needsMaintain accurate records of communications and appointmentsWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a TLO, CLO, Resident Liaison, or similar roleAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFull UK Driving LicenceWhat you'll get in return
