Description

CNX Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading facilities management organisation to recruit an experienced and driven Technical Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality technical services across a key contract, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of all technical services, including mechanical, electrical, and building systems Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices Manage and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders Drive performance through effective planning, KPI management, and reporting Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement and cost efficiency Support lifecycle planning and asset management strategies Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered to the highest standards About You

Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or similar role within facilities management or a related sector Strong technical background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems Demonstrable leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of compliance, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent) IOSH or NEBOSH certification (desirable) What s on Offer
