Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a permanent Sub Agent to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects in the Central Belt of Scotland & North Of Scotland. Role Overview They are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to step into the role of Sub Agent, providing vital support across technical, quality, scheduling, and contractual aspects of project delivery. This position offers a varied workload, allowing you to develop into a dynamic and well-rounded Sub Agent.

Key Responsibilities Managing the construction site to ensure smooth and safe operationsAttending pre-start and progress meetings to align project objectivesPreparing site plans, risk assessments, and method statementsOverseeing cost control and scheduling to meet project deadlinesEnsuring all work complies with safety and environmental regulationsReporting on contractual milestones to the client Qualifications & Skills Required Minimum HNC qualification in Civil EngineeringExperience in civil engineering within a contracting environment (preferred)Familiarity with NEC contracts (desirable)Full UK driving licenceWillingness to work away from home, as projects may be based across Scotland What s on Offer This role offers a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and additional benefits.
