Description
Site Supervisor –
Our client is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee drainage and highways works on a major civil engineering project.
Key Responsibilities
*
Supervise daily drainage, highways and associated civil engineering works.
*
Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant.
*
Coordinate labour, materials and plant to ensure efficient delivery.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
*
Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
*
Liaise closely with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors.
*
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain high standards of health and safety.
*
Assist with coordinating works and resolving any site issues as they arise.
Requirements
*
Previous Site Supervisor experience within civil engineering.
*
Strong experience in drainage and highways works.
*
Relevant CSCS card.
*
SSSTS/SMSTS.
*
First Aid.
*
Strong knowledge of site health and safety requirements. xjnqpsq
*
Good communication and organisational skills.
