Description
Contract: Freelance / Temporary
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a construction project in Yeovil for an initial two-week period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring works progress in line with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
*
Monitor progress, workmanship and quality of works.
*
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
*
Review RAMS and conduct site inspections.
*
Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries.
*
Maintain site records and provide progress updates.
*
Ensure the site remains organised, safe and compliant throughout the cover period.
Essential Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction.
*
Valid SMSTS.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
In-date First Aid certificate. xjnqpsq

Strong communication, organisational and site management skills.
