24.35 per hour - 30.00 per hour - This role falls inside of IR35 and will be paid as PAYE.

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a busy housing development in Beverley, HU17.

Role Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the housing developmentSupervising subcontractors and site personnelEnsuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standardCoordinating trades and managing site activitiesCarrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followedMaintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progressLiaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnelEnsuring quality standards and project specifications are metRequirements:

Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essentialValid First Aid certificate - essentialProven experience as a Site Manager on housing/residential projectsStrong knowledge of construction health & safety regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectivelyPrevious experience working on busy construction sitesFull PPEAbility to start immediatelyIf you meet the above requirements and are available for an immediate start, please apply for the Site Manager position now by calling Jack on (phone number removed)
