Description
Site Manager – Bristol
Location: Bristol
Duration: Approx. 16 weeks – up until Christmas
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 250 per day
We are currently looking for 2 experienced Site Managers to join social housing projects in Bristol.
Role 1:
Re–roofing works across a mini industrial estate
Managing day–to–day site operations and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
Role 2:
Balcony re–roofing works across a social housing scheme
Managing subcontractors and overseeing site activities
Ensuring health & safety and programme requirements are met
Requirements:
SMSTS
CSCS
First Aid
Previous Site Management experience
Social housing / roofing experience desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Immediate starts available – approx. 16 weeks, running through to Christmas.
