Site Manager — Retail Fit-Out (Kent, South East)
£280–£300 per dayContractKent, South East
Optio Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a retail fit-out contractor delivering projects across Kent and the South East.
The Role
Running retail construction/fit-out projects on-site from start to finish
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and delivery schedules
Acting as main point of contact for client and store teams on site
Driving H&S standards and quality control
Managing store handovers within tight, live-trading timescales
About You
Site management background in retail construction/fit-out
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White/Gold), First Aid at Work required
Confident managing multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
Full UK driving licence, mobile across xjnqpsq the South East
