Your new role

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a prestigious 90m secure government project in Renfrew. Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a section of works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day site operations within your designated work areaCoordinating subcontractors and ensuring works progress to programmeMaintaining excellent health & safety standards on siteMonitoring quality and ensuring compliance with project specificationsConducting site inspections and toolbox talksAssisting with short-term planning and programme managementBuilding strong relationships with the client team and key stakeholdersSupporting project delivery through to successful completion

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractorProven track record delivering new-build construction projectsStrong understanding of health & safety regulations and site management proceduresExperience managing subcontractors and multiple trade packagesExcellent communication and organisational skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualificationsSecurity clearance eligibility would be advantageous due to the nature of the project
