Site Manager - Bath
External Planned Maintenance - Social Housing
Up to £230 per day
Our Client, a nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a long term temporary position.
Projects that are being delivered will are windows and doors schemes of work. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties across Bath and the surrounding areas.
On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
Lead the site team to the best of your ability
Manage delivery of works to specification
Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
Pre & post inspections of works
Health & safety & quality checks
Complete regular snagging inspections
My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects schemes of work. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. A valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle is also required for this position.
This is a temporary position which will offer great development opportunities for the successful candidate.
