Site Manager – Fire Protection

We are working with a well–known contractor working in the East Midlands area who are looking for a Fire Protection Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In return you will receive a car allowance, bonus scheme and support on future training and qualifications.

Responsibilities of the Fire Protection Site Manager :

Reviewing client instructions and schedulesManaging day to day running of site including managing subcontractorsComplete quality assurance on work conducted on site by fire door surveyors and installersManaging site of contracts up to 2million projects

Key skills needed for a Fire Protection Site Manager :

Experienced in Site ManagementSMSTS qualifiedExperience in Passive FireFIRAS or BMTRADA desirableHealthcare experience desirable
